II. Profit Solution Service (Typical Price is $100-$450 per week)

  • Same as account management, PLUS:
  • Monthly or as needed meetings to review reports

  • Preparation of Projection/budget
  • Quarterly Assessment Report (ratio analysis, industry comparison, company rating)
  • Quarterly Business Valuation Report

III. CFO Strategy (Typical Price is $225-$500)

You and your staff do the basic accounting function of entering invoices, paying bills, invoicing clients, etc.

We will design a flat fee program based on your desired needs and our recommendation to provide the best cost effective service for you.

QB Clean up or Catch up work to start monthly IBM program:

We will assess your current QB database and the work needed to clean up the books and bring them to a point for us to start our flat fee program

QB setup and training:

We will establish your new business on QuickBooks and setup the company information, chart of accounts, vendors, customers and bank accounts so you can easily get started in using the program .
