Notary Services

Notary Services are now offered at PutmanGroup!

The PutmanGroup has expanded their service offerings to include notarial services to our clients. The notary service will be available during normal operating business hours. It is recommended you call 949 502 6700 x.15 to check on availability to make an appointment to see Carolyn DeSalvo. You can also email her directly at carolyn@putmancpa.com.

Guidelines:

  • DO NOT sign your document in advance. All documents must be signed in the presence of a notary. The document must be completely filled out prior to meeting the notary, leaving no blanks other than signature and notary statement.
  • Photo ID is required.
  • The document must be in English.
  • If the document requires a witness, you must provide your own.

The fees are as follows:

  1. Acknowledgments: $10/signature
  2. Certified copy of Power of Attorney: $10/copy
  3. Copy of Journal Entry: 30 cents/photocopy
  4. Depositions: $20, plus $5 for administering an oath to the witness and $5 for completing the certificate on the deposition.
  5. Immigration Papers: $10/set
  6. Jurats: $10/signature
  7. Oaths & Affirmations: $10/oath
  8. Proofs of Execution by Subscribing Witness - $10/signature

The notary may provide mobile services to your office or home which will require an extra charge, depending on mileage (57.5 cents/mile), parking fees, etc.
