Allan E. Ottens has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 30 years. He has been a Tax Manager at PutmanGroup since 2008. Allan graduated from California State University at Long Beach with a degree in Accounting.
He is married and a long-time resident of Huntington Beach with two grown sons. Allan enjoys traveling and handball in his free time.
